Service users are encouraged to participate in the development of their individualised care plans in which the involvement of family and friends may be appropriate and is greatly valued.
Plans focus on the goals and outcomes that the individual wants to work towards and the care and support they need to do so which will focus on what is important to the person.
All care staff will be appropriately qualified to deliver the highest standard of care. A continuous staff training programme is in place to ensure that these high standards are maintained, and staff are aware of the developments in care practice, and legal legislation.
