Michael Kayode Dada possesses a Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology and is statutorily registered both as a Clinical and Forensic Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). He is a Chartered Member and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS), a full member of the BPS Division of Clinical Psychology, BPS Faculty of Learning Disability, and BPS Faculty of Forensic Psychology. He is also a Senior Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine, a professional member of the British Institute of Learning Disabilities (BILD), and a professional member of the National Autistic Society (NAS).
Dr Libby Gaskell is a HCPC-registered and BPS Chartered Counselling Psychologist with over a decade of experience working therapeutically with children, young people, parents, and families. She specialises in supporting those affected by complex trauma, attachment disruption, neurodevelopmental conditions, and intergenerational adversity. Libby has worked across public, private, and third sector services in both clinical and leadership roles, including Lead Psychologist and Senior Lecturer. Her areas of practice include therapeutic work, specialist psychological assessments (including cognitive, autism, and capacity assessments), expert witness reports for family courts, and consultation to support trauma-informed, attachment-aware practice.
Libby’s clinical approach is informed by a broad range of models including Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, DBT, and trauma-informed interventions. She is experienced in working with developmental trauma, harmful sexual behaviour, adoption-related issues, parental mental health and learning disability, and neurodivergent presentations such as Autism Spectrum Condition and Pathological Demand Avoidance. In addition to her clinical work, Libby is an experienced trainer, supervisor, and academic researcher with a particular focus on improving outcomes for vulnerable families. She is dedicated to compassionate, evidence-based practice and continues to contribute to the development of ethical and psychologically informed support systems for those with complex needs.
Dr Jessica Furlong-Silva is a HCPC-registered Specialist Clinical Psychologist based in Liverpool, with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Sheffield. She has extensive experience working across adult, older adult, CAMHS, learning disabilities and specialist psychotherapy services. Her clinical interests include the psychological impact of trauma, relational therapies such as Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) and Mentalisation-Based Therapy (MBT), and supporting staff wellbeing through supervision, consultation, and training. Jessica is passionate about improving access to services through innovative service design and is committed to person-centred and trauma-informed approaches. She is trained in a range of therapeutic models, including CBT, CAT, CFT, and MBT, and has completed both basic and practitioner-level MBT training at the Anna Freud Centre. Jessica currently works in an Adult Community Mental Health Team within Merseycare NHS Foundation Trust, where she is actively involved in shaping service pathways and supporting staff to embed psychological thinking into care. She has also co-developed an intervention for staff burnout during the COVID-19 pandemic, which has since been published. Jessica is dedicated to the development of future clinical psychologists and values reflective practice and lifelong learning as part of her clinical ethos.

Dr Yinka Oladokun is a HCPC-registered Highly Specialist Clinical Psychologist who holds a BSc in Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Low-Intensity Therapies, an MSc in Applied Psychology (Mental Health and Psychological Therapies), and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy, awarded with Distinction). Dr Oladokun has extensive experience spanning across a range of clinical settings, including social care (looked after and cared-for children), forensic, community, inpatient, and health services. She is highly skilled in leading complex assessments, formulations, and interventions for individuals across the lifespan presenting with a range of psychological, neuropsychological, and neurodevelopmental needs.
Dr Oladokun’s integrative therapeutic approach is informed by multiple modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and systemic models. Dr Oladokun is skilled in the use of a range of assessment tools, interviews, and observational techniques to support accurate and comprehensive diagnostic formulations for neuropsychological and neurodevelopmental presentations. She is proficient in administering the ADOS-2, an observational tool for the assessment of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and is trained in the administration and interpretation of the QbTest, used in the assessment of Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Dr Oladokun’s clinical expertise includes risk assessment, dynamic risk management, and collaborative safety planning to promote wellbeing and safeguard vulnerable individuals in complex clinical contexts.
Alongside her clinical work, Dr Oladokun is actively involved in service development, clinical leadership and research. She is a specialist in anti-racist practice and serves as an academic lecturer and Anti-Racism Lead on the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Newcastle University. In this role, she delivers specialist teaching on topics such as decolonising psychological approaches and anti-racist leadership, and co-ordinates mentoring schemes and reflective spaces for aspiring and trainee clinical psychologists.

Sofia Papalouka is an Assistant Psychologist with an MSc in Applied Neuropsychology and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology. She holds Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBC) with the British Psychological Society. She has experience working across both public and private sectors, supporting children and adults with neurodevelopmental conditions such as Autism and ADHD, as well as individuals with Intellectual/Learning Disabilities and complex trauma. Under the supervision of Clinical Psychologists, she has contributed to diagnostic assessments through the administration and scoring of standardised measures, behavioural observations, and collaborative multi-agency working. Sofia adopts a trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming approach, with strengths in building rapport, gathering clinical information, and supporting psychological formulation through evidence-based practice.
